Avid4 Adventure empowers kids to choose an active, outdoor lifestyle. As a Facilities Supervisor, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating the development, cleanliness, and maintenance of the camp's buildings, grounds, equipment, and other facilities consistent with the mission and established policies and procedures of the camp. This role will report to the Assistant Director.

The Top Responsibilities for the Facility Supervisor:

I. Keep buildings and grounds safe, clean, and in good repair

  • Clean all facilities and document progress on weekly tracking sheets.
  • Identify and proactively address safety, security and health hazards.
  • Respond to emergencies on physical site.
  • Participate in weekly site walk throughs with Leadership.

II. Maintain records and inventories of camp equipment and supplies

  • Proactively manage the ordering of supplies and repair and/or replacement needs.
  • Maintain and update records related to the camp's preventative maintenance program.

III. Program Team Support

  • Provide support to Assistant Director as needed.
  • Provide supervision of campers as needed.
  • Attend weekly staff meetings.
  • All other duties as assigned by the Camp Director.

Job Requirements:

  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Basic CPR and First Aid certifications required.
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Previous experience in facilities maintenance and/or custodial.
  • Ability to handle high-stress environments and handle variety of tasks.

Pre-Season Training: June 6-16
Camp Dates: June 17- July 29 (Windy Peak); June 17-August 12 (Mt. Evans)
